In 2007, when Oprah Winfrey opened up her school for girls in Africa, she faced criticism from those that felt she should be doing more in the States. In a show of support for her efforts to provide education to those young women, Dante Yarbrough was inspired to create LIMO. He shared how he always loved riding the bus to school himself, believing that the school bus was first class transportation to knowledge and a better future.
