Returns & Refunds

Returns of unopened, unused merchandise in original condition and packaging are accepted within 30 days. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us regarding which items you wish to return, and we will send you a return label within 1-2 days. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, and the original shipping cost is not refundable.
Your original payment method will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) minus the return shipping cost within 7 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged:
We're so sorry that your puzzles arrived damaged. That's so disappointing. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged puzzle(s) so that we can file a damage claim with the carrier.
We will send a replacement for the damaged item(s) within 1-2 days (excluding weekends/holidays).
